Our Company
Safe & Protect is a family run business based in Galashiels in the Scottish Borders from where we cover most of the UK. We offer a wide range of products and services that enable people to protect their properties in both the domestic and commercial sector. We specialise in security systems and renewable energy systems. After our success in the security sector we began to evaluate other ways of keeping our customer’s properties safe and protected. Following some market research and discussions with our customers we realised that there was a growing interest in green renewable energy. Our lifestyles have evolved and the demand for energy is at an all time high and unfortunately so are energy prices. People are looking to safeguard their homes and businesses by generating their own energy and that’s where we come in. We want to help property owners reduce their carbon footprint whilst obtaining the best possible return on any investment put into microgeneration whether it be through energy bill savings or government incentives such as the FIT. We believe that green energy is the future and will pave the way for a sustainable environment for our future generations. Renewable energy has been used efficiently and effectively around the world for many years and its time we followed suit.

Safe & Protect Ltd are members of the Micro generation Certification Scheme (MCS), the Renewable Energy Assurance Limited (REAL), Napit and registered Green Deal installers. With this, not only are we focused on promoting greener living using solar energy systems but we strive to do it to the highest of industry standards. We are committed to providing the best products, service and workmanship through continuous training and assessments.

Indeed one of our main aims is to provide second to none customer service where everyone from our office staff to our accredited installers will always work to the utmost of their abilities to provide you with a professional, efficient and friendly service no matter how big or small the job is. From the offset we will ensure that we provide you with as much information and advice as possible and we will utilize our training to produce the highest quality of workmanship. Also, our second to none service doesn’t end when your installation is complete. With most systems designed to last at least 20yrs we offer excellent and reliable after sales service and support. We will take care of all the MCS, REAL and DNO administration as well as aid in any planning applications which may be required. We have a relatively small team of staff here at Safe & Protect and the benefits of this being that there is no middle man: we are contactable directly, have an open office for people to drop into and with it being a family run business we are almost always on hand to deal with any customer queries outside regular office hours including evenings and weekends. We strongly believe that the fundamentals of our company revolve around developing and, more importantly, maintaining good relationships with our customers. Through this commitment we have seen our customer base grow significantly and enjoy unrivaled levels of customer satisfactions and loyalty.

We carry out extensive on site surveys and create bespoke systems that are perfectly matched to the customer’s circumstances and requirements.
